The definition of 3D sound
Antelope Audio Edge Quadro Modeling Microphone is Antelope's most advanced modeling microphone. This quadrosonic mic features two rotatable heads with large double membrane condenser capsules in each. Combining unique microphone design perfectly suited for capturing 3D sound and our powerful modeling engine, Edge Quadro is the only microphone you’ll need for 360° sound recording.
 An epic mic emulation library
Currently Edge Quadro’s emulation library features 11 legendary studio microphones, with 7 more coming soon. The smart control panel allows users to pick two different mic emulations simultaneously, one for each head of the microphone. Find the full list of Edge Quadro emulations below.
 Experiment like never before
The Edge Quadro heads offer next-level precision and adjustability. They can be rotated noiselessly, even while the microphone is actively recording. Each Quadro head can function in all possible polar patterns (cardioid, Figure-8 and omni-directional). Combine this with the top head rotation positions to achieve virtually limitless tonal variations, stereo images, and creative effects, including X/Y, Mid-Side, and Blumlein stereo recording techniques.
 The slickest of them all
Edge Quadro not only sounds incredible - it looks great, too! The unit comes with a custom luxury shock mount and two Oxygen Free Copper Y-cables included in the package. The microphone is housed in a custom, handmade wooden case offering additional protection to its already solid and durable body.
 High compatibility
Available in VST, AU and AAX formats for both macOS and Windows, Antelope's native AFX plug-ins provide everything you’ve come to expect from their industry-leading FPGA FX, with minimal latency, a high degree of oversampling and precise floating-point calculations.
